Function:
The Information
Technology (IT) Department is responsible for assisting the Rector in
organizing the development and application of information technology into the
school's operations.
II.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop regulations and policies related to IT activities
and IT application, in accordance with legal provisions.
2. Formulate plans for IT application and development within
the school's operations for the Rector's approval; organize the design and
installation of IT equipment for the school's units according to the approved
plan.
3. Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations to the
school's units regarding compliance with the IT operation and application
regulations and policies issued by the Rector.
4. Manage and maintain the stable and effective operation of
the network system and email system; ensure information connectivity between
departments, divisions, faculties, and subjects within the school, as well as
with agencies such as the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education
& Training.
5. Develop, administer, update, and maintain the official
website.
6. Organize the implementation of solutions to ensure safety
and security for the school's information systems and databases.
7. Research, develop, deploy, and transfer technology for
software serving management, training, and scientific research.
8. Organize guidance, training, and further education to
enhance the IT application capabilities of the school's staff and public
employees.
9. Perform reporting and statistical work as required by
regulations and the school.
10. Perform other tasks assigned by the Rector.
